Police are working on new information as they search for a man who went missing en route to St. John’s from Port aux Basques.

Perry Green, who’s 68, left the southwest coast Monday morning but hasn’t been seen since. Police found his car in the area of Birchy Narrows, but there’s still no sign of him.

RCMP now believe that he was in the Chain Lakes Road area of Birchy Narrows as they continue the search with volunteer ground forces and others.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Perry Green is asked to contact RCMP or RNC.
